Faye Hoesel is a Certified
Yoga Instructor and has been practicing Hatha Yoga since 1997. She worked as an Airline Pilot for
several years when she started developing back problems as a result of sitting for long periods at a time in the cockpit.
Determined to heal her own body Faye began with a regular Yoga practice and has since regained her health. After the birth of her daughter, Amelia, she became
inspired to share her love of yoga with children. Faye believes
that all children (and adults) are unique and destined for
greatness. She helps children find a path that leads to patience
and compassion by first learning to be patient and compassionate
with oneself. Faye is certified to work with special needs children, a graduate of the Radient Child Program Level 1, a licensed Kindermusik Instructor, and creator and President of Yoga Youngsters LLC.
Stephanie Lefkowski has been sharing yoga with children since 2002. She
is close to completing an advanced level yoga certification with emphasis on special needs children and a
Masters in Health Care Administration.
Stephanie's mission is to help people experience the innate and indelible
goodness that is within us. Stephanie believes that each of us is exactly who we were intended to be. She is a
humanitarian who, in the words of St. Teresa, "shall spend her heaven doing good on earth".
When she is not helping people be the best they can be, Stephanie
enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Ritchie, son Jackie,
and dog Roxy.
Celeste McCarthy has been
practicing yoga for six years and completed her yoga teacher
training in 2004. While pregnant with her son, she found prenatal
yoga to be invaluable in helping her prepare for birth and
motherhood. Celeste invites mothers to explore their new roles
while returning to their pre-baby bodies in a safe, nurturing
environment. She creates a space where moms can lovingly bond
with their babies, and where babies explore their bodies and
learn to delight in movement. Celeste has been leading Mommy
and Me infant and toddler classes since 2004. Besides teaching,
she spends her days with her husband Brendan, son Liam, and
dog Kia, and is awaiting the birth of her daughter this summer.

and has become a very important part of her daily life. Carol
Ann has a special knack with calming the most stressed adults
and children. Her compassion and genuine caring brings students
