Butterfly Pose 1. Come into a seated position on the floor.
2. Bend your knees, place the soles of your feet together and draw your bent legs towards you.
3. Flap your butterfly wings by lowering and raising you bent legs.

Lion's Breath 1. Come into a seated position on the floor. 2. Breathe through the nose, and exhale through the mouth as
you stretch your tongue towards your chin. Open your eyes wide and let out a load "roar". |

Tree Pose 1. Stand tall with your feet together. 2. Lift the right foot and bend your knee. Place the bottom of your
right foot on the inside of the left leg. 3. Raise your arms overhead and separate your fingers, like the branches
of a tree. 4. Imagine you are growing roots from your feet into the ground.

Cat Pose 1. Get down on your hands and knees. 2. Round your back away from the ground as your cat claws (hands)
press into the matt, bring the chin towards your chest and move your tail (bone) down and under. 3. You may hiss
like a Halloween cat. 4. Follow cat pose with "cow pose".

Cow Pose 1. Get down on your hands and knees. 2. Breathe in through your nose and gaze upwards. Arch your back and
let the belly hang towards the ground as your tail (bone) reaches towards the sky. 3. You may "moo" loudly like a
milk cow. 4. Now move into "cat pose".

Cobra Pose 1. Lie down on the ground, face down. 2. Bring the palms of your hands on the floor, along side your chest.
3. Start straightening the arms as your chest lifts, coming into your full cobra position. 4. You may slither around or hiss like a snake. |
