Yoga for Back Care
Learn a "whole body approach" for caring for your back. In this class you will realign your posture by first becoming aware of any imbalances in your body. Practice poses that will help release any muscular tightness in the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and hamstrings that is so often responsible for postural misalignment. This yoga practice will also increase the range of motion of the spine, increase the flexibility of the whole body, and strengthen your back and abdominal muscles. This class is appropriate for persons diagnosed with Scoliosis.
