Kiddie Yoga- Ages 3-5 yrs.
In this "movement class" it's time for kid to have fun! Children will practice poses modeled after animals and objects found in nature which appeals to their imagination and sense of adventure.
This Yoga class includes:
building an appreciation for sound and rhythm while playing basic percussion instruments
practicing listening skills
free dancing while waving brightly colored scarves through the air
verbalizing positive affirmations
winding down at the end of our practice for story time and active relaxation


Yoga Youngsters- Ages 6-12 yrs.
In this Yoga class children will practice poses modeled after animals and objects found in nature. In this non-competitive and critique free environment each student will "find their own place in the pose."
The "yoga youngsters" will:
perform group poses where they will learn to support each other
play basic percussion instruments to help develop rhythm
verbalize positive affirmations to build self-esteem
learn proper breathing techniques which will help focus and calm the mind


Yoga Fitness for Teens- Ages 13 & up
This class provides a non-competitive environment for teens to take their bodies into positions they never imagined were possible! The young adult will gain confidence from this Yoga practice which will certainly build his/her self-esteem.
The poses performed in this class will:
increase strength, flexibility and coordination
help teens focus for longer periods of time
teach the lifelong skill of active relaxation
