Mommy & Me Yoga - Yoga for the Care
Giver and Baby ages newborn to 1 yr. old
This Yoga practice provides a nurturing environment for you and your child to bond. Through specific movements,
and by placing baby in certain yoga positions, the parent will: - stimulate the infant's muscular development
- increase bone strength
- help in alleviating baby's gas, bloating, and colic
For the adults in this class, we will practice traditional
Yoga "asanas" which build strength and increase flexibility.
Poses that promote a healthy spine and increase core
strength will also be performed. Dads and grandparents
are encouraged to participate.
