Today most of us lead a more sedentary lifestyle than our previous ancestors. During
"working hours" many of us spend the majority of our time sitting at a desk in front
of a computer. Repetitive hand and wrist movements can cause tendinitis or carpel
tunnel syndrome. The stressors of the day may cause tension to build up in our neck
and shoulders. Sitting for long periods can lead to lower back pain.

and body. A class after long working hours will help ease tension, relax the body, and
clear the mind. By establishing a regular Yoga practice, one can ease the tension in the
